Patellar and Quadriceps Tendinopathy

One of my favorite areas to discuss is Tendinopathy - especially patellar and quadriceps tendinopathy. I'm not sure if this is due to the fact I battled these for years, or if I participate in sports that seem to be riddled with them, but I've spent a lot of times learning as much as possible on the topic.

With me sharing more on this topic in the world of social media, I find myself getting a lot of requests for the same material. Since up till now my material has been scattered across multiple sources, I want to create a somewhat more organized system to share the knowledge with people.

As I share more on the topic I'll continuously update this blog and hope that it can stay an excellent resource.
