6 Week Program Every Monday & Friday From February 17th to March 27th.
Classes will run from 11:00am to 11:45am at Crossfit Okanagan.
We will be focusing on comprehensive post-natal health, addressing aspects such as pelvic floor health, abdominal health, urinary incontinence, diastasis recti, and helping regain your fitness!
We will be limiting this to children under the age of 1 year.
