6 Week Program Every MONDAY or FRIDAY From April 6th -May 11thClasses will run from 11:00am to 11:45am at Crossfit Okanagan.
We will be focusing on comprehensive post-natal health, addressing aspects such as pelvic floor health, abdominal health, urinary incontinence, diastasis recti, and helping regain your fitness!
